A place where traditional and modern materials converge, designed with spatial layers that respond to openness, expression, and privacy across its levels.
A project that explores the contrast and cohesion between contemporary design sensibilities and age-old materiality. By interweaving modern finishes like glass and steel with traditional elements such as stone and brick, the building narrates a tactile story of continuity and change. The design embraces the character of its materials—letting them speak through texture, form, and composition—while addressing the varied functional demands of a commercial space

The planning responds directly to human behavior and engagement. The ground floor is conceived as an inviting, accessible interface that seamlessly draws people in from the outside. The first floor adopts a more expressive language—open yet defined—making it suitable for showrooms, studios, or collaborative spaces.
The topmost level, in contrast, is designed with a sense of retreat, offering privacy and a quieter atmosphere—ideal for offices, consultations, or premium services. This gradation in design and experience across floors allows the building to cater to a broad range of commercial needs, while maintaining an architectural identity that is both grounded in tradition and elevated by modernity.
